Privacy Policy

At Siam Thai Massage, we are committed to providing a safe, professional, and relaxing environment for every client. Please read and acknowledge the following policies before your session:

1. Draping Policy

In accordance with Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) rules, proper draping is required at all times. Only the area being worked on will be uncovered. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session.

2. Client Communication

If at any time during your session you feel uncomfortable—whether due to pressure, temperature, or any other reason—please inform your therapist immediately. Your comfort and safety are our top priority.

3. Late Arrival Policy

Appointment times are reserved specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session time may be shortened accordingly, and full payment will still be required.

4. Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you provide at least 6 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 6 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee will be send via invoice.

This policy allows us to respect our therapists’ time and accommodate other clients.

5. No-Show Policy

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Future bookings may require full prepayment.
